This one is family. Now don’t get me wrong…we’re not talking blood relation or anything, but if you pay attention to anything about me it should be obvious that I’m a diehard Miami Hurricanes fan. It just so happens that Nicholas’ father played for Miami in the early years…so that’s kind of like a blood relative. 🙂
Throw all of that on top of both Nicholas and Carrie being two of the most wonderful people I’ve ever worked with and you’ve got a beautiful wedding day at Buffalo Trace.
The weather couldn’t have been better, especially considering it was a winter wedding in early January. Was it cool outside…absolutely, but not a complaint or even the slightest lack of enthusiasm. Then after everything was done and we were waiting for the reception to start, the happy couple STILL wanted to go outside into the evening past sunset to get more. I’m so glad they did because I love what we were able to capture.
Enjoy a look at this fabulous wedding day.
*Random trivia…somewhere below the barrel room where we did the first look, you’ll find a battery for a Fuji X100s. 🙂
